Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the ancient understanding that each organ in the body corresponds to a reflex point in the foot. The treatment utilizes gentle thumb and finger massage of pressure points on the foot to release blockages and re-establish the whole bodys energy flow. This therapy therefore encourages the body to heal itself and regular sessions work sensitively to bring the whole body back to a state of well-being.
